How Long Does It Take to Learn Thai Massage?

Short answer

At Michael Thai Massage School a 60-hour course such as foot massage takes 8 days, and a 150-hour course such as Thai massage or oil massage takes 19 days, studying 8 hours a day. The school is open Tuesday to Sunday, 08:30–17:00. You can start working after the course, and your speed and confidence build over your first weeks with real clients.

Classes run 8 hours a day. The school is open Tuesday to Sunday, 08:30–17:00 and closed on Mondays.

What the 19 days cover

A 150-hour course is not just a list of moves. It typically builds in this order:

Foundations: basic anatomy, energy lines and key points, contraindications
Your own body mechanics: using body weight instead of arm strength, so you do not injure yourself. See therapist body pain
The body section by section: legs, back, arms, neck and shoulders, head
The full routine: linking everything smoothly and keeping time
Repetition and assessment

How soon can you work?

You can apply for work once you finish. Two things to expect:
